Michaels Baptism

As all of my clients know when I’m not photographing weddings I’m photographing baptisms. And since it has been a long time that I have posted a baptims I figured I would share my latest one with you. Thanks to Penny the mom for letting me post these wonderful images on my blog.

As time goes by and I photograph more and more baptisms, my clients are really looking for a more unique contemporary feel to this wonderful event. Not only are they looking for a story with unique angle, they want a lot of black and white images. And honestly i love them in black and white.  Every event whether a wedding or a christening has a story, keep it real and I will try my hardest to capture the emotions behind your day.

Without a doubt black & white brings out the emotion in any event, and the way you have captured these images & the treatment you have given them looks fanatastic.

The one with Michael looking at the man (assume it’s his dad) is a priceless moment you’ve caught, I love it. The bokeh looks good too, which lens did you use?

  2. Hey John great to hear from you again. I hope all is well in Assie land. That is Michael’s father and I love that shot as well, the rest in that series are priceless as well. That image was shot with your favorite lens the 28-70 @ f/2.8 using available light.
