We are back baby.

Well folks now that Thanksgiving has past and I feel like I gained 10 pounds in one day. I will spare you the pictures of me eating LOL. I hope that you all enjoyed this day with your families. I know I did and the moment that stands out the most is when my brother taught my youngest son how to blow raspberries at daddy.
Oh yeah a special thanks goes out to John Kapaniris for pointing out a problem with this post. Thanks man, go ahead and check out Kapa’s new blog.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I would like to wish all my customers and their families a very Happy Thanksgiving.

A note to wedding photographers about a popular wedding site.

This is more of an informational post for brides and wedding photographers. If you are using One - Wed dot com to search for your wedding photographer and request information from the wedding photographer, he or she may never receive your request.

It seems that the above mentioned site holds those requests hostage until the photographer pay’s above mentioned site a monthly fee. So in other words the only photographers that will receive your request are the ones that pay the monthly fee and not those that have a “free” listing as I do.
Now here is the kicker they don’t tell the brides this, so a potential brides may think that “we don’t care” and that is not true.

So let’s take a look at my “free” listing

Now look at the contact form it says the following “Just provide your name and phone number/e-mail and Photography by Christos will contact you” WOW now that is misleading, I will never receive your request because I just have a free listing on this site.

Today is a great day

I just wanted to inform everybody that it’s a happy day at Christos camp today. My home page photograph has been selected to be listed on Awesome Photographs. You can check it out by going to http://photographs.wordpress.com/ or by clicking on the direct link to the post. The photograph selected is the one with the stefana titled “The Crowning”, now how cool is that.

The joys of a wedding photographer.

The best part of being a wedding photographer is not necessarily the time that I have spent with my brides during there wedding day. But rather those personalized thank you cards I get in the mail. Below is one of those cards from one of my past brides, Vicki. Vicki and Alexandros thank you very much for the kind words, I would also like to wish you two the best of luck and may the future bring you joy and happiness.

Thank you,
Christos.

Happy Birthday to me.

Well today is a big day for me, it’s my birthday. I’m not going to tell you exactly how old I am, let’s just say 30 something + LOL.

Online forms coming soon.

In order to assist my customers even further, I’m currently in the process of creating forms needed to complete your packages and putting them online. This will allow greater flexibility on scheduling constraints that sometimes can be challenging. Plus the online forms will be great for me to actually keep track of them. I have to love those emails that I get from my great customers that go hi Christos here are my enlargements pics talk to you soon. And that’s it, oh wait it get’s better, the email address is from kittykat45 (not a real address but you get the picture). Hmmm I love you guys.
The old method of printable downloadable forms will still be available for customers that still like using paper and pen and mailing them to me. Currently there are plans for those forms to be upgraded as well. Wondering, what the forms would look like? Well here is a partial screenshot of one of them. Talk to you all soon.
